Deputy speaker of the Verhovna Rada and head of election campaign of Ukrainian presidential candidate Victor Yushchenko Oleksander Zinchenko is confident that Ukrainian needs a new Constitution. He has noted that the political reform, voted in the package, `is not the only instrument of the further developing of the Ukrainian society`, has its own weak and strong sides.
