Deputy Mykola Onischuk said that there was a break now in the Co-ordination Board meeting. According to his opinion they will not vote for political reform today. Because of disscusion about draft #4180 on making changes in Constitution of Ukraine conserning appointment of the heads of regional administrations by Verhovna Rada.
