The High Commissioner of UNO in human rights Luiza Arbor stated today that she observes the situation in Ukraine very attentively. It is always very important to save and support the democratic values among which one of the predominant is the right to take part in fair election.
She appeals to Ukrainian power to remember its international liabilities.
