The town head of Vynnyk Sergyj Uvarov handed in an application about leaving the Party of the Regions. `Because of the numorous falsifications during the presidential elections and because of the spliting in the society in which the majority accepted as the National President Vyktor Yushchenko. I consider it is my moral duty to stay together with the nation, to support democracy, the Law, and the Constitution. That`s why I decided to leave the Party of the Regions`.
