The mayor of Donetsk asserts that oblast is not going to separate from Ukraine completely. According to O. Lukyanenko - the question put on refenendum deals with introducting the changes to the Constitution on state system. `Nowadays Ukraine is a unitary state and the question is about a federation`, said Mr. Lukyanenko. Moreover he said that all the actions response to current legislation. Donetsk oblast wants to have the status of autonomus republic in federative republic. `The only reason why we do that is because nobody wants to listen us... The will of 3 million voters of Donbass is not taken to consideration `, said Mr. Lukyanenko.
