Two OSCE representatives who were observing the process of Presidential Elections in Ukraine in Ternopyl Oblast were victims of the road accident. According to the `Public Radio`, the accident happened on the road between Krements and Shoomsk near Tsetsenivka village of Ternopyl Oblast. The driver of `Peugeot-406` lost control of the car on a slippery road and hit a concrete post.
The passengers of the car were German citizen Wolfgang Schmentau and US citizen Patrish Gofrey. One of them has a craniocerebral injury and contusion of thorax while the other one did not have serious injuries. The victims were taken to Kremenets regional hospital.
