Press release published by the Press Service of the Candidate Victor Yanukovich’ Central HQ informs that `by 09:30 p.m. a parallel poll started`. The same press release indicates that information on violations started coming from the regions. In particular, the Press release reads, in Kharkiv, at the Station #41 (the District was not mentioned – MCC) `Yushchenko’s observers pushed aside Yanukovich’ observers by force` and `are counting the votes using force`. The Press release also indicates that the alike situation is at the Polling Station #40, Electoral District #119 in Lviv while at Cherkassy Oblast `the Polling Stations have been smashed out and the ballot boxed have been burnt`.
