Several buses with OMON soldiers have arrived to the building of the Central Electoral Commission of Ukraine.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, some 5 buses can be seen from the CEC windows, other journalists have counted 8 these buses.
Some Kyiv residents are gathering in front of the CEC building.
