According to the Article 36 of the Law of Ukraine `On the Election of the President of Ukraine` specification of the list of voters before the voting in the second round is being carried out in the same order as in the first round. According to the lawyers of the Informational Center `Presidential Day 2004` the lists of voters before the second round should be more accurate. At the same time, all changes made before the first round and during the voting day should be reflected in the lists of voters for the voting in the second round.
