Single open independent informational canter has opened again in UNIAN
On the first floor and in the hall in UNIAN there is photo exhibition `Ukrainian vybir (choice) –2004` and International exhibition of political caricatures.
At 16.15 the press conference of Ukrainian Voters’ Committee for preliminary analysis of election is started

From 17.00 till 18.00 will be held the hour of political scientist with participation of significant Ukrainian scientist.

At 18.00 will be held briefing of philosophers, psychologists, artists and linguist
