‘Our Ukraine’ faction member, former minister of foreign affairs of Ukraine Gennadiy Udovenko doubts that President Kuchma will sign the resolution to drive Ukrainian peacekeepers from Iraq. As UNIAN correspondent informs, according to Udovenko, all recent decisions of Verkhovna Rada including the resolution about the resignation of the government, new CEC members, etc., did not receive any Kuchma’s reaction. Mr.Udovenko stated, that personally he had voted to send Ukrainian contingent to Iraq. According to him, today’s decision initiated by the Communist Party of Ukraine is a ‘PR’ action of the communists who are losing trust of Ukrainian people.
