According to an UNIAN correspondent, the Kharkiv HQ of Victor Yushchenko claims about his arrival, though the Kharkiv Oblast Council, which initiates the convention, does not comment on this information. Members of all Oblast Council, representatives of Oblast State Administrations, deputies, are invited to the forum. Several Oblasts have already claimed that they will not turn out at the forum.
