Creation of temporary investigatory commission on examining violations of elections legislation was finished, MCK reports. Mykola Onishchuk informed journalists. According to his words, a head of commission was chosen on conciliatory council of leaders of parliamentary groups and factions. Serhiy Sinchenko was chosen. It is possible that representatives of Viktor Yushchenko and Viktor Yanukovych will become his deputies.
As for expert’s commission, which improves electoral legislation and will introduce changes and ammendments to the law on the elections of President, according to Onishchuk’s words, head of such commission is not determined. At the same time, Onishchuk expressed an assumption that communist Adam Martyniuk, deputy head of Verkhovna Rada’s, will head this expert commission.
