1,148 billion Hr. have not come to the state budget, said Azarov

The budget for November 2004 lacks 1,148 billion Hr. The Minister of Finance and Vice-Prime-Minister Mykola Azarov told about it at the sitting of the Verchovna Rada on Tuesday.
