The Supreme Court of Ukraine at approximately 11:00 a.m. Monday, will begin its review of the complaint lodged by Mykola Katerinchuk, the official authorized by presidential candidate
Viktor Yuschenko who is responsible for the election districts of Ukraine. The complaint concerns the Central Election Committee`s recognition of Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovich as the winner of the presidential elections of Ukraine.
The matter is to be reviewed by all the members of the judicial chamber of civilian affairs of the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
The Central Election Committee has authorized the following members to present its case during the session of the Supreme Court: Valery Bondik, Yuriy Donchyenko, Ihor Kachur, Mikhail Okhyendovsy and Marina Stavnychuk.
