Representatives of the HQ of Viktor Yanukovych are going to appeal the decision of the Parliament about the non-confidence vote to the CEC and and non-recongizing the election results in the Constitutional Court. People’s deputy Oleg Tsaryov, member of the Party of the Regions informed BBC about this. He believes political decision of the Parliament is pressure on the Supreme Court and the Central electon Committee.

As Mr.Tsaryov stated, representatives of Viktor Yanukovych believe such questions of Verkhovna Rada violate the Constitution. Oleg Tsaryov believes the non-confidence vote to the CEC of Verkhovna Rada is pressure on the Supreme court, which is going to issue its verdict concerning the complaints of Yushchenko’s representatives about violations during the election process. At the same time, Mr.Tsaryov did not put it exactly when the political decision of the Parliament is to be appealed in the Constitutional Court.
