The Central Voting Commission did not consider 2 complaints filed by the Headquarters of Ukraine’s Presidential Contender Viktor Yuschenko.
Such resolution was adopted at the CVC meeting on Sunday, November, 28. In particular, the commission didn’t consider the complaint filed by a person empowered to act for Yuschenko Viktor Tkalych who requested to cancel the resolution of Territory Election Commission of electoral district No 115 in Luhansk region dated November, 13.
