Lytvyn states that todays political decision must be confirmed legally.

Mr. Lytvyn supposes sharp discussions on appointing the date of second voting. Moreover there is still no agreement on weather it will be the second or repeated elections.

Mr. Lytvyn said that there must be introduced many changes to the electoral legislation, especially about absentee ballots.

Speaker reminded that the parliament can make the government resign since the 16th of March, 2005. That`s why the decision on government`s resignation now can be initiated by president Kuchma only.
