The representative of Viktor Yushchenko in the Central Election Commission, people’s deputy Yuriy Kluchkovskiy stated that he had lodged a complaint against the results of the elections publicized by the CEC. He said: ‘We will fight until we win’. On Wednesday people’s deputy Yuriy Karmazin said that Yushchenko’s headquarters would appeal the decision of the CEC about Yanukovych being elected President first in the Supreme Court of Ukraine and then in international institutions. However, in Ukrainian election legislaton these’s no option of declaring election invalid. According to the law, only results of elections on each polling station can be declared invalid.
