There is no official announcement of the CEC of declaring Yanukovych President in the `Holos Ukrainy`

There is no official declaration of Viktor Yanukovych President by the Central Election Commission in the issue of the `Holos Ukrainy` official parliamentary newspaper of November,25, 2004.
Earlier, Representative of Mr.Yanukovych in the CEC Stepan Havrysh said that inauguration of Viktor Yanukovych would not take place until the offical results of the elections are published in the `Uryadoviy Kurier` and `Holos Ukrainy` newspapers.
