The President of the Russia Vladimir Putin , who`s now in Brasil with official visit, has called this Monday to Viktor Yanukovich and congratulated him with his victory at the elections of the President of the Ukraine. As said Viktor Gromov, the press-secretary of thre Russian President, `it was accentuated, that the competition was hard but open and honest, and the victory is convincing`. At his turn, Yanukovich kindly thanked the RF President and ecxpressed his confidence in the positive development of Russian- Ukrainian relations.
