Observers of missions of Russia, CIS countries and Israel quote a large number of violations, including serious ones, and substantially lower activity of voters in comparison to the first tour of elections.

As it was stated at the press-conference by head of the mission of CIS EMO Mr. Olexiy Kochetkov, `there are a lot of substantial violations`. He specially noted cases when several bulletins were issued per one voter, and cases of interference with the work of District Electoral Commissions (DEC) by members of the Parliament of Ukraine.

There is an impression that each of them (MPs) has a certain territory of responsibility, and appear by first call to exert pressure on members of a commission`, - Kochetkov stated.
