Attendance of voters, as of 15.00, according to data from 188 territories is 55,03%. This is sligtly more than in the first tour when attendance by 15.00 was 54,24%.

As it is communicated by `Candidate` Media Center reporter, according to chairman of CEC Mr. Sergiy Kivalov, the most active voting is in Donetsk and Lugansk provinces, as well as in Sevastopol. S. Kivalov states that voting takes place normally, including that at the so-called `problem` districts.
