This was stated by Nina Karpachova herself. In particular, these appeals are about absence of names of voters who took detachment certificates in the lists. Also, as it is stated by Ms. Karpachova, it is not possible to bring complaints to the CEC because of the large number of security guards. In addition, there are a lot of complaints against the judicial branch about slow consideration of complaints. Another problem is people who have Ukrainian passports but are not registered at the place of residency. These people found themselves beyond the constitutional right. In particular, Nina Karpachova has noted such situation in the city of Sevastopol and in the west of Ukraine.
