Mr. Valeriy Konvaluk, at briefing at the central electoral HQ of the candidate for the position of the President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovich has mentioned that in comparison with the first tour, voters are, on average, slightly more active. By 11 am, attendance rate is about 23 per cent from the total number of voters. For example, voters in Lugansk were voting more actively in the morning (30,5% now, 27% on October, 31), and voters in Mykolaiiv (over 30% and 23% accordingly) Voters in Khmelnitskiy and Crimea are less active than in the first tour.

At this moment 112 notifications about 167 violations were registered.
