Headquarters of Viktor Yanukovych completed the parallel vote count, arepresentative of the technikcal service of the Headquarter annouced.
According to the recent information, publicized by the headquarters of Viktor Yanukovych 99,7 percent of the ballot papers have been counted, UNIAN reports.
