As of November 21, 10 pm, Coordinating Center to Assist Journalists registered over 150 cases of violation of the rights of journalists.

Key problems were as follows: prohibition to enter the polling station, hindering video-recording, and a big number of observers using the journalist IDs. Majority of the violation (32 cases) were related to rejection to permit journalists ot enter the polling stations. The top violators were Sumy, Mykolaiv, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Zakarpattia, Rivne, and Kyiv regions.

Often the polling station commission members explained their decisions stating that the IDs were registered incorrectly (lacking photo, date, ID number, stamped with the stamp of another mass media etc).
