By 11 o`clock, the Central Electoral Commission has processed 91,76% of bulletins used during elections of the President of Ukraine. As reported by correspondent of the International `Candidate` Center, Yanukovich has received votes of 40,39% of voters, Yuschenko - 38,8%. Counting of votes continues.
