Co-reporter of the Monitoring Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Ms. Hanne Severinsen believes that now it is too early to rise the issue of sanctions against Ukraine following results of elections. She has stated that on air of the `5th Channel.

As Ukraine is a member of the Council of Europe, it has to conform with its standards, - Ms. Hanna Severinsen stated. However, before making conclusions, one has to wait for 3 weeks (second tour of elections), - she believes.

Results of anonymous exit poll were quoted as interesting ones by the co-reporter. As she believes, it is interesting to see discrepancies between its results and preliminary data announced by CEC.

`We are afraid this may lead to falsification. We hope that our observers will inform of such cases. I have been to Mukachevo, an I know that one has to thoroughly observe both elections and what happens after it`,- Hanna Severinsen noted.
