At 20 largest polling stations of Kirovograd where the number of registered voters exceeds 2,5 thousand, activity was disrupted, as reported by UNIAN correspondent. According to an observer from V. Yuschenko chairmen of district electoral commissions have disappeared from their polling stations, as well as deputy chairmen and secretaries with their stamps. So, activity of members of commissions was practically blocked. Moreover, the observer has informed about other obstacles while counting votes. In particular, chairperson of the polling station #79 of the Territorial Election District (#100), at the moment trustees of candidates arrived at the polling station, was in a condition of heavy alcoholic intoxication. The woman has informed that she has delegated all her authority and a seal to another person whom she was not able to name.
