The Voters Committee of Ukraine reports recurrent violations. For example, the polling station was closed due to the declaring the ballots null and void. The new ballots are being delivered from the territorial electoral commission. In Ternopyl region 5 polling stations out of 167 voting districts did not open in time in Shumsky rayon, 1 in 168 voting district, 1 in 169. The reason was that against the name of the candidate Mr. Brodsky the mark `dropped out` was out in ballots, which does not reflect the actual situation. Therefore, until now 3 thousands of voters can not vote. Due to this situation in Ternopil region there is a lack of ballots.
