Speaker of Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Lytvyn stated today that he considers incorrect the statements on the readiness to secure the order during the voting process by strong-arm methods. `GromadskeRadio` has informed this. Volodymyr Lytvyn: `I do not like the speeches and statements, which come from non-governmental organizations, participants of election campaign, public officials that are based on negative. Any statements, any addresses to and any appeals to have to be based on positive; be oriented on positive result, but not on intimidation of the people. I can not accept the statements that we have enough power, special means and other of this kind to maintain the order. These are just elements of provoking the civil disorder. It should be noted that everything will be fair, clear, transparent and democratically. I think that this will play much greater role. But not appealing to such feelings and negative elements which could be attributed to any person. This is just some sort of an attempt of creation confrontation in our society.
