Head of the Central Electoral Commission, Serhiy Kivalov, says some courts in Ukraine decline to consider voters’ complaints, informed ‘Gromads’ke radio’. Mr. Kivalov said, in Sevastopol Balaklava and Gagarin district courts, located in hte electoral district #224, decline to consider voters’ complaints. He also produced information that in the Kharkiv oblast, district court in Izyum, located in the electoral district #180, requires voters to pay duty in the amount of 3.5 UAH during the consideration of the complaint.

Other violations have been detected. In particular, almost 600 ballots were spoiled at one polling station in the electoral district #20 in the Volyn oblast. The same situation is observed in Transcarpathia, Ternopil, Khmelnitsky, Chernivtsi, Poltava oblasts. At all such polling stations ballots were distributed from the reserve.
