Approximately 30% of voters in the Crimea encountered imprecisions in the voters’ lists and have troubles voting, reported head of the Voters Committee Board in the Crimea Roman Cheremukhin. According to him, about 1% of the voters were excluded from the voters’ lists.

Mr. Cheremukhin reported numerous instances of the presence in voting booths of more than one person, filling out the ballots outside voting booths as well as the cases of giving ballots right at the polling station on the basis of passport data and not court decisions. Mr. Cheremukhin also said Voters Committee representatives were not allowed to the first sessions of electoral commissions in three cases.
